What kind of blood sucking bugs are these?

What kind of flies are these. I’m getting these white spots and flies on my chicken. Plus some black spots that look like dirt that don’t come off. Any advice,please help!

I see tiny wings......
I would get some fly spray for animals and apply to the combs. I would NOT directly spray the combs but rather spray my fingers then rub it on the combs. Disposable gloves are a plus if you have any.

This is what I used to use on my cattle for biting gnats. It is an aerosol so may be trickier to apply.

Of course if you already have permethrin 10 it's worth trying that. Just be sure to mix it according to the directions first.

Diatomaceous earth or borax will get rid of them sprinkle it oround your coop and run and the earth inside coop and run i used to get them all the time we have deer heads on our walls hunting trophies but they're easy to get rid of
