sinkbugs are fat and dont have the half wheel on its back. In the pic you can clearly see the wheel so I will stick with my choice of wheel bug

I agree about it being a Wheelbug, you can clearly see the huge mouth parts as well as the wheel on it's back behind the head.

Holy SMOKES!! Its a Wheel Bug, DEFINATELY not a stink bug. This thing is almost 2 inches long! It has the distinct "wheel" in its neck/back. Now...thats scarey....I didnt know, there were such wierd bugs in Indiana.....maybe I better go back to Alaska! LOL

they are kind of rare to see. my brother cried for a week after being bit. he was numb there for over 2 months. your lucky you where not bit

OK, I am OFFICIALLY freaked out now!

I hate bugs....of ANY kind. Funny how something so small....can scare a person thats at least a thousand time bigger!

yeppir, it do to me too!! and they really do stink too...in case you're wondering!!

Put a glass upside down over it Deb and leave it for hubby..thats one thing they are really good for, husbands, I mean, lol!!​
