What kind of chick do I have?

Hi! New chick mom here! We bought 6 straight run chicks from TSC last week. 2 are black one we know is an Australorpe for sure. But then we have another ALL black tiny little chick with a BIG personality! 4 toes ALL black. What breed can he be? I’m attaching a photo!

I think that’s an Ayam Cemani, but I might be wrong.

But then again, it’s TSC, and I don’t think they’d be selling Cemanus, which are a very rare and expensive breed.

He’s just completely different looking, and personality wise then all the others! He’s VERY small compared to the others and VERY feisty!!
