What kind of chick do i have?

A good way to introduce chickens is to separate them in an area where they can see each other but not touch each other. After about a week, you can put them together. Also, your new baby chick needs a heat source to stay warm. Do you have any heat lamps you can clip to it’s cage?
so right now im only using a heat lamp at light, its a night time heat lamp so its like a purple light

They need to have heat all the time. Other people know exact temperatures better than I do, but it needs to be warm for them at all times. Small chicks will die of cold.
Yep. I believe that day-old chicks need their temp at 95 degrees F, slowly reducing the temp by 5 degrees each week, but you should also watch their body language (e.g., the chick is away from the lamp's heat area, saying that it is too hot, or (if you had more than 1 chick) they would be huddled up under the lamp, saying that they are too hot.).
