What kind of chick is Peep?

Peep is the smallest of or chickens at almost 8 weeks she is about half the size, could she be a Bantam?
Is she a Pullet and what breed?

Definately not a buff orphington....Looks more like a golden comet pullet...or a mutt chicken. XD i do not know, but I'd say pretty sure its a pullet. doubt its a banty, more likely its just a late bloomer/slow grower.

shes about 2 weeks behind in growth of the other chicks her age, so shes just slow. Thats fine with me!
But what the heck is she!
