What Kind of Chicken is This?

I was camping at a state park in Texas several years ago and this rooster came to visit. My trailer was parked in the middle of the woods near a pond, so it was strange that he was there. When it started getting dark he tried to fly into my trailer through the screen door. LOL

I never figured out if it was a specific breed or just some barnyard mix.

Looks like he has some gold laced polish influence going on.

Whatever it is, it's an interesting looking bird. I always assumed it was a rooster, but I could be wrong.
