What kind of chicken is this?

This hen showed up in my yard the other day and has taken up residence in the coop. A rooster has done the same, though he came about a week before. Any ideas on their breeds?

Here is the hen. She's very timid.





And here is the roo. He has really made himself at home, is a gentleman with the ladies and is super handsome in my opinion!




I have no idea where they came from but they seem pretty interested in staying.

I am guessing the first bird appears to be an OE of a wheaton? color

The roo looks like a Gold Sex Link.

The hen is a game hen. They're great foragers and good mommas.
I'm not sure if the rooster is a game bird or not, but it's likely. His color is the same as a gold sex link HEN, but as he's a rooster he could just be a mix, or a line of game birds bred for that color.

Thanks! I thought she looked like what I'd seen called "game hens" before but I wasn't sure. I also figured the roo was a mix but I thought I would ask! He sure is pretty.

Red sex link roo . And boy what a looker! Never seen one with such dark orange. He is young too!
