What kind of chicken/rooster is this?

This chicken/rooster showed up today. Don't know where it came from. Does anyone know what kind it is and if it's a chicken or a rooster?

Wow! So pretty!

I'd say it's a Black Sebright,. The variety isn't recognized by the APA and I've never seen one, but it has the exact body type for one + slate legs + rose comb, so I conclude to Black Sebright!

it does look like a black sebright i would keep it (after seeing if anyone around lost a hen) it is a hen comb and wattles arent large enough to be a cockerel
