What kind of chickens are these and are they roosters ?

Hey y'all! So I bought a batch of chicks from TSC this spring and they were supposed to be rare breeds and all hens. I've tried googling and I can't seem to figure out what breeds I got. Also, I think I got at least 2 roosters. Can anyone tell me if these 2 look like roosters and what breed of chicken they are?

Definitely roosters. Not sure on breed. Maybe RIR and EE but don’t quote me.
