What kind of chickens are these and what should I feed them

Appears to be mixed breeds. You should feed all chickens layer feed (crumbles preferred over pellets because it is harder for them to break up pellets) if they are over five months old, which these chickens are.

Roosters are chickens and shouldn't be fed layer feed.

All-Flock feed with oyster shell on the side would be better in my opinion for a flock that's not all layers.

They are both mix breed pullets. If you do not have any males, or any birds that are not in lay, then layer feed is OK. Otherwise, what wrathsfarm suggested is a much better alternative
