I think he looks like a Penedesenca because they share the same coloring, it's called Black Breasted Red or BBR for short. It's found in several different breeds including OEG's.

His comb looks very much like a rooster I had hatched whose mother had a single comb while the father had a pea comb. For what ever that info is worth!

I agree the girls look like golden sex-links, which are my very favorite not a real breed, breed.

The roo might definitely be a Cubalaya. They have a pea comb and the same bbr pattern. It's a long-tailed breed but, long-tailed breeds tails won't necessary get long like show birds unless you are very particular, and have them separated from the rest of the flock so their tail can never be stepped on. My Phoenix always looks ratty, but I'm not about to stick him in a cage or tie him to a perch 24/7 just to have a pretty tail.
