what kind of coop for a dozen hens???

I dont want to mortgage the house to build a coop for about 12 hens, but what would you recommend ? I'll have the hens in a 25x25 fenced area with the oppurtunity to roam about a quarter acre back yard if the stay out of trouble. I just need a coop that will hold 12 hens for them to lay their eggs. Pics would be a big help too!!

6 x 8 garden shed would work for 12. You can usually find used ones in the paper.
