What kind of duck is this?

The lady at TS was certain she was a lady mallard, but she’s got a green sheen to her feathers and she doesn’t seem to look like the mallard or mallard mixes I see on google. About 6ish weeks old

Looks like a mallard to me, but could be a mix of that breed or a Rouen/Rouen mix. To sex ducks you go by voice.

Look for a missing back toe or a punch on the webbing. If that’s there it’s a mallard otherwise Rouen most likely. Rouens are larger than mallards. Did you get any other ducks?
