What kind of ducks?

they will both get their full drake colors at 3-4 months old, at first they’ll look like females

yours is definitely a mallard, rouens are double the size and have two full eye stripes

Sorry so many questions lol, but how can you tell if it’s a male or female mallard? It is a lot smaller than the other duck. And the other duck doesn’t have a strip on its face so I’m trying to figure out what it might be. But it also has some blue feathers.

Male mallards have bright green heads (I think only on certain times of the year though) and I do believe they have a yellowish orange bill too. When asking about a breed I find it's also REALLY helpful to post baby pictures.

Beautiful ducks👍

the dark one is definitely a khaki, you can tell gender by how they look

Yeah it looks kinda dark and plain so I'll go with what @DucksAreBest said. I've never had any khakis but we did have a mallard drake for awhile and he looked like a girl at first (sounded like a drake and had curled tail feathers though) and then he feathered out with a green head once the weather warmed up a bit.
