what kind of feed ?

Whats the best kind of feed to get my ladies going ? I give them a lay crumbles and lay mash and game cock mix all mixed in ( i have to game hens) but is that enough ? the calcium in the crumbles is 16%

You should probably provide a free-choice calcium supplement like crushed oyster shells to insure your hens have enough calcium, but other than that your mix sounds like it should meet their other nutritional needs.
