What kind of POOP is this?

I have no idea what chicken it came from. I just found it and thought it was intresting. I haven't been feeding them pasta, even if I was wouldn't it be crushed up in the gizzard?

The actual poop or the picture? The actual poop was sprayed off of the sidewalk.. I don't think they have cocci, I put corid in their water some months ago. Or maybe the corid was for something else...
