Looks like an Easter Egger. Could also be even more of an EE Mutt. I hatch roo chicks that end up looking just like this they come from my easter eggers

Easter Egger mix. With yellow legs and modified pea comb, I would suspect RIR and EE mix would be likely as both are common breeds
