What kind of rooster is this?

When I got him I was told he was a silkie? Not really sure what his is! Anyone got a guess?

I believe that he is a hatchery quality silky.

I did a little looking on the internet and found a picture that looked just like him, they called it a partridge silkie? ?

Partridge is a coloring- I agree he is either mixed (wrong comb) or hatchery type. You may want to post his photo on the "Silkie thread." and see what they have to say.
