Hmm..Pretty Roo...Looks like a mix. Looks short to the ground, smaller. Probably a Bantam, not a Standard.

The color reminds me of an EE (Easter Egger) often mistaken as an Ameraucana. And Feed stores and hatchery's sell EE's as Ameraucana's. I have a Standard size EE on my club page in my page, coupe 4. You can see how the color of your Roo looks like mine. My Roo is named Hawlk.

Back end of your bird is fluffy and reminds me of a Cochin. Not sure about that though.

Just love him and he should treat you fine. He is beautiful.
