What kind of rooster should I get?

Hi,

I am going to order

4 Buff Orps pullets
4 Marans pullets
4 Red Sex-link pullets
4 Black Sex-link pullets

What type of rooster should I get to go with those??

I would go with the Marans or Orphingoton, because the sexlink will not breed true to anything. where at least if you get one of the pures you can have pure chicks if you decide to go that way.

Personal experience would be the orpingtons. I love how they play follow the leader with me. I walk away from them and they follow

. very sweet temperments.
