What kind of rooster?

I received this handsome guy from a friend who was guessing it was a Cochin based on his feathered feet. I couldn’t find any Cochin pictures online that quite looked like him as he is not as fluffy as most of them. Maybe he’s a mix, either way he’s handsome! Any input of his breed appreciated!

He said he got him from his sister who hatched a bunch of different breeds so the information got kind of passed along second and third hand.

He's interesting. He definitely has Cochin in him. His coloring is very similar to a Salmon Faverolles rooster, but with no beard or muffs to speak of, I doubt there's any in his background.
