What kind of shrooms are these?

I suspect that it may be a variety of mushroom called Destroying angel.
I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT EAT IT OR LET MY PETS EAT IT.
I would get some gloves, and remove, and bag these , and discard in trash. This way the spores do not release, and mushrooms cease to grow.

Consider this that not all pictures of mushrooms will be identical of same species/variety.

Removed mushrooms won't spore, but they will be back; the majority of the plant, the mycelium, is underground. The mushroom is just the fruiting body.
 
I've never researched it. I remove the mushrooms if they are a toxic type, and just keep a general eye out for a resurgence after rains; I have only a city lot. I would guess anything that would kill the underground mycelium would kill everything else, but google might provide answers, or the county extension agent in the agriculture department.
