What kind of snake is this?

I can do without spiders as well. Couple of years ago I was out in the garden barefoot and I had a Black widow crawl arcoss my foot. When I looked down and saw the shiney black body I knew what it was right away. It took everything I had to stay still and not freak out until it got off me. still makes me shudder

I had one IN my dress maybe 2 years ago. It was a velvet gown (we were going to a wedding) that had been hanging in my closet for a few weeks, i slipped it on, had worn it for about 20 minutes, and I felt a "wiggle" on my tummy. Being the unlady like thing I am, I hiked the skirt up and brushed off the "bug" to see this big fat widow uncurl on the floor and start walking off. I smashed it with the heels I was going to put on next. Thank goodness it takes forever to get my hair to obey, I was still in my room.

Hey, screw all snakes.

Totally uncalled for! I'm by no means a tree hugger but everything has it's place in the wild whether you like whichever particular animal or not.

Yeah, like AIDS or mold. I'm sure they have a place, but screw that bug and screw that plant. I'm kind of a fan of eradication. Call me crazy.
