What Kind of Snake is This?

What kind of snake is this? It's a baby. Found it out back under a rock. I live in Eastern PA. All I've ever seen are gardner snakes.

Looks like a corn snake

Corns are rare up in this area, but that does look like a baby rat snake, probably a Black Rat

Sparrow's right, Eastern milk is a more likely choice, would explain the more bold banding pattern apologies for my lies
