Could any one tell me what kind and sex this chicken is ?

I believe it's a golden sebright. Can you provide a close up of the comb? Gold laced wyandotte has yellow legs, while the leg color of the sebright matches your bird. The upright feathers of the tail also are more indicative of the sebright.
