I bought two hens last week, one a RR and the other a Buff Orpington. I've had Buff's before but this one is different. She laid an egg today that was brown but it was lightly freckled like my Wellsummers. She is buff colored but something about her comb and her eye's is different. Anybody have any idea what she may be?
