What Knife do younuse to slaughter the birds?

I use a medium size filet knife, I keep a sharpener with me and will have to hit it every now and then.
Works good.
 
A pair of loppers rated for branches atleast 2 to 3 inches thick is a good quick choice if youre doing the cone method, if youre ok with not keeping the head together with the rest but you have to be willing to commit to a quick hard cut for that to be a humane way to go. Has never failed for me and its over in less than a second with zero chance of the chicken still being alive even for a couple seconds after.
