What looks like necrosis on my hens feet

I brought home a hen last night because she looked like she had a small cut on her foot. But now that I’m actually looking at her it looks like her feet are dying. Does anyone know what to do other than culling her?

- sorry for the circumstances. It looks like her feet were frozen and have 'died'. The lower portion will eventually fall off making it difficult for her to get around.

I agree it looks like frostbite. Can you get pictures of both feet? Are they both above the ankle? Usually the feet will self amputate in a month or more if the feet were frozen.
