My first hen to start laying started about a month ago and I decided to try and incubate a few eggs. 2 hatched a few hours ago and are currently drying up. I know that the rooster is my white cochin but am confused on who's the hen. My flock consists of 1 polish, ayam cemani, phoenix, and silkie hen. As well as a Phoenix roo and the cochin roo. I also have 3 barbu d'anvers which I still don't know if they are roos or hens but the eggs were way to big to be theirs. Anyone have any ideas? Here is a photo of the eggs as well as the chicks right now. Sorry for the bad quality on them. I will try to get better ones later.

So did you have both the phoenix roo and the Polish roo with them? It will be way easier to tell when they are older and getting their adult feathers in.

There's actually 3 roos with them right now. A polish, a Phoenix, and a cochin. I already know that the chicks are half cochin since they have feathered feet and resemble the cochin roo when it was a chick. What I'm wondering is does anyone know which breed laid the egg?

Do the chicks have muffs? If they do then they are (what looks like) duccles offspring. I believe all the breeds you have lay cream/white colored eggs.
