Actually..I think its a true story..
Because the person that posted it is usually very careful to post only news links that are true.
Unlike myself...ill post whatever..I don't care if its true or not..
From what i gathered from the article..its not a law yet...
But..honestly.. it could be a false story too..
So I choose to believe it until I see proof that its not true..
Remember I don't think its a law..just a proposed one..
Now go do research and let me know if its true or not..
