What on earth is wrong with this chicken?! Pullet 3 to 4 months old, bumps all over the face!

I'm not sure how to answer that question. I didn't push on them too hard but they did seem a bit firm. We are taking her to D&B to get their opinion.

A while back our flock of younger hens had CRD, at least that's what they told us at D&B. They were sneezing and some of them were a little puffy around the eyes and were squinting. We added tetracycline hydrochloride soluble powder to the water.

OK, D&B chicken expert does not know what the problem is and is possibly referring us to a vet. The chicken is actually covered in these hard crusty bumps they are on the tops of her legs under her feathers, around her neck and on her chest.

Ok, a vet and a 'chicken expert' at D&B both agreed that this might be fowl pox.

No, we've never vaccinated for Merricks.
