I have to tell you all...this is our outside cat...she is like 9 yrs old, and have been with the chickens since day one....from the time they where 1 day old she slept on the brooder every night, and she even eats chicken feed from time to time, and drinks out of the chickens water....every night she has been climbing the fence and sleeping on the porch of the chicken coop and has fought off a racoon and a possum (none ever even got into the chicken pen) She thinks those chickens are her baby. I have never seen a cat that is sooo good with other animals. She has acctually raised 2 other batches of kittens that werent hers.

I think tomorrow morning when I am out having coffee with the girls I will try to get some more of my chicken cat. Maybe one of the cat and chickens all drinking out of the same waterer, or then all sunning, most the time the cat is right in the middle of a pile of chickens
