What peafowl cross is he/she???

I got this bird to keep my IB(male)from not getting so lonely over the winter. Today I saw my he/she do a little jig for the audience(I have chickens also).....My IB is 3+ so he has been displaying his tail for the whitey, but he/she just kind of walks away and doesn't care. Does it appear to be a boy just from looking at him/her? I only have these 2 birds, the IB I rescued. Now I'm in love, it's true, so would like to see my tiny flock populate! Help.
I was going to do the test, but if you pros know more my just looking, I"ll take your word for it. Also any guesses to what he/she is crossed with what breeds of fowl. The lady I got the bird from had all varieties in her flock.

that's a Black shoulder hen.

She might be a black shoulder pied or some other variety to black shoulder she does not have as much black on her as a normal black shoulder hen would.
