What pellet gun should i use to kill a hawk????

I need a pellet gun really bad because when I was sitting in my TV room i looked out at my chickens and saw another bird land on the porch, then it started to attack then so I yelled and my parents ran after me as I ran outside and I was hitting it with a fishing pole, then my brother came out with his airsoft gun and started shooting. So I ran in and grabbed my dads revolver and told him to shoot it but he wouldn't. Well it turned out it was a stupid Hawk that attacked my chickens. What pellet gun should i use to kill the Hawk with. I want a good gun but that isnt too expensive. PLEASEEEE HELLLPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hawks are federally protected and you are not allowed to kill them. As soon as that hawk is gone another will move in right away too, best protection is to adequately fence in your chickens.
