We sold the donkeys and now just have the birds and 6 alpaca.
The donkeys were making life with alpacas a PIA. They now live 8 miles down the road on a horse farm with a Jack who lost his Jenny. They are happy.
We live in a literal "tiny home" (400 sq ft). I recently decided I wanted a indoor furry pet. Because of our tiny home, I had to go with a tiny pet, so a rodent was the way to go. My experience with gerbils is they are fun to watch, but bite and don't like handling. Same goes with hamsters...very cute, but prone to biting, not social..... So we decided on a domestic rat. Very docile, intelligent and loves being handled...this is Earl, my super sweet carrot loving rat.
Thank you! He's a little sweet heart and I love him!
I used to own two beautiful kitties, but after they passed I decided not to get another. As much as I wanted to, our home is much too small for a kitty, so Earl the rat is very happily sharing our tiny home.
