on your coon cuffs you don't bury them. they will get a coon wondering what they are and reach inside to get the cat/dog food or tiny marshmellows. No need to bury, just make sure they are staked VERY WELL.
Good work with the traps,It will be a good idea to keep the traps set at all times,because when you remove one coon,another will take its place shortly,You will be shocked at the number of coons you will trap.Its a never ending battle.
