What predator would gut a chicken?

I found one of my RIR hens by the back fence of the run. She was completely gutted from the tail end. I did see teeth marks on her flesh. No feathers missing, head and neck were intact.

I was wondering what would do that? We do have possums, coons and skunks out here.

I am going to set up the trap and shoot what ever it is. I live in the county, so I can shoot without worrying about the law.

All the others are fine though.

Of the list you provided I'd select skunk followed by the possum.

If there is a bite on the neck or under the wings I'd say a weasel, and the gutting was the result of a second visit by the weasel or any other member of the "skunk" family happening upon the kill. It is even possible (given the correct conditions) that the gutting was the result of the other flock members once the bird was down for the count.
