What quality are my Black Tailed White Japanese bantams?

Hard to evaluate birds from a picture. Impossible with them sitting in your hand. Post some pictures of them on the ground.

I agree you need to see them standing and see their legs and leg length

Body type isn't bad but their legs are too long for show. If you can see under a Jap the legs are too long. Shanks should be about 3/4 inch.
