What race is this?

I want to know if this bird has all the standards of APA / ABC (Ameraucana)

In looking in my APA book of standards, there are a couple of points to consider based on this one picture.

1. Tail - supposed to be held at a 45 degree angle above the horizontal. This bird does not have this.

2. back: medium length, relatively broad, slightly elevated at shoulders. This bird does not have this.

Might have other deviations from standard, but these two stood out to me.


So, while this is an attractive bird, I'll guess might not be a contender for a prize ribbon in an APA show.
