What rooster should I keep with my hens?

Hello,
I am new with chicken breeding.
I have a collection of hens and a few roosters. Needing to get rid of some roosters but wanting to keep one. The chickens we have are Isa Browns, Australops, Plymouth rocks, wyndotte. And I have 3 white with brown specks on the winds. Do you know what type this would be?
So what rooster type should I keep?

Since you are not focusing on a single breed. Just pick one that is appealing to your eye and has a good temperament.

I second just keeping one you like the appearance and temperament of.

If you really can't decide tell us what purpose you want your rooster to serve. Do you just want to have one cause they are pretty, do you want to hatch eggs, or will he need to help protect them free range?
