what sex? 6 week old chicks

I've been hatching chicks for a couple years but haven't quite gotten the hang of sexing them. I have these two mixes that I hatched and I'm guessing the black one is a hen but not sure about the other. Any guesses? The black one also weirdly seems to be missing tail feathers, not sure what's up with that.

oops- miscounted. they are a bit older than six weeks but definitely not older, went back and looked at their hatch date. glad to know they are pullets!
