What sex and type are these PeaFowl?

I got these three Peafowl as chicks "straight run" from a hatchery back in June of this year (2019).

I'm wondering if you guys can tell me what type of Peafowl (color) you think they are, and more importantly, what sex they are.

Don't be in too big of a hurry, the Opal or the BS could change.

Right now they look like hens but that could change as they feather out. A pic of the shield on the BS and Opal would help, there is some light barring on the Opal that still may fade out and stay looking like a hen. The BS could be hiding some of the male markings that could not be seen in your pic.
