Hello guys. So my babies are nearly 5 weeks old. We brought their eggs being told they were polish bantam frizzles. Since being on here, I have learnt that Polish don't have feathers on their legs and these are seriously feathery on their legs. So are the a mix? Plus what sex are they pls? If its not too early to tell...... We have 5 chicks, but had to take a couple cause some were pains in the bums and wouldn't play ball! Heehee!

If you were told they were polish bantam frizzles, it is likely that they are mixes of polishes and bantam frizzles. While polishes do not have feathered legs, frizzled cochins do, which would explain their legs. They have awfully large combs and wattles for 5 weeks old, I think they are all cockerels, but there may be a tiny bit of hope for the last one.

Ty guys. We wanted eggs! 😭😭😭😂😂😂 But I tell you what, they are sooo fun to watch and adorable!! So if Thelma is a girl.... Then we will have to get rid of 3 boys! Ohhhhh hard!! Orrrr get rid of Thelma and have a male colony! Ohhh well quails better be girls!! Thing is the bobwhites are extremely hard to find out on! The calis are easy, just gotta wait for their colouring to change. We want some eggs! How on earth can u get all males from a batch of eggs?!! That's nuts!!
