What sex are these black Ameraucana

I have three Ameraucana, about 12 weeks old. No crowing yet, and I still don’t know their sexes. All we’re supposed to be BBS. I also don’t know what color the lightest bird is. Thoughts?

1 I'm not sure. The comb is kind of red, but still really small. Could you post a photo of the whole bird?

2 and 3 are cockerels

4 is a pullet.

Thank you. I wish I had some good pictures, but I really don’t and I’m away from them for a couple weeks. If there’s no crowing by the time I return I will definitely take some whole bird pictures to post.
 
The pictures of a single black bird is the one most in question. (Thanks to my bird sitter for some pics!)
The picture with two black birds- the back one is nearly certainly a rooster. The foreground one whose head isn’t visible is the same bird as the other two pictures. It has a red peacomb but not as big as the roo.
