Yes she/he did.

Yes. The chick had a white spot. Because she has barring/cuckooing.
You would not want a white spot on the head of a Black sex link chick, for example, because the cockerels are barred.
Do not bother with trying wing sexing. It works on a small percentage of select chicks, and you're unlikely to have those chicks.

In a few weeks it should be clear, but in the meantime at least you have two guaranteed pullets.
