What sex is this 5 week old Ameraucana?

This is my 5 week old Ameraucana cross but I am having trouble finding out what it’s sex is. Can you help me or do I need to get better photos?

Its comb combined with the red shoulders, both signs of cockerels, have me thinking it is a male. But it's too soon to say for sure.

Comb is small and pale but those legs are huge. The splotchy coloring definitely is suspect. I'd also lean towards cockerel.
