With that coloring, it could only be a pullet.

That color and pattern are pure pullet

I got some ee from a old friend yours look a lot different than what I got mine dont have tail feathers but your last pic looks like a hen to me so maybe i should see what i have there legs are also gray not green like yours

If your friend gave you EEs from birds that were bred from a backyard flock, they would not look like the hatchery EE. If your friend has a pure Ameraucana in the flock, that might explain the gray legs.
 
They are all pullets except for the Easter Egger in your first post and the first Easter Egger on your second post. Your Buff Leghorn is actually a Speckled Sussex :)
