My first thought was that it was not an EE. That said, if it were, I would say rooster. Just a guess though.

Well it has no characteristics of an EE. No green legs, muff, or beard, or a pea comb. I don't think it will lay green eggs either because I'm 99.9% sure that's a rooster!

Yeah I second the motion, I'd be shocked if that is an EE. Yes EE's are a very mixed bag, and can exclude a couple traditional features (straight comb instead of pea, etc), but it doesn't have ANY EE features.
