what sex is my frizzle

Hello to all my more experienced chicken lovers- I have added 3 new chickens to my group and the breeder that gave us the chick let the kids pick a frizzle. Well now it is getting to be an adolescent and when i look at it i see a male, maybe i am paranoid. but how do you tell? It has more toes than the standard hen to begin with, and it looks like it has a spur toe but again i am not sure. I dont' want it to crow or my neighbors may get upset. Any advice would be helpful thank you
