What sex is this EE chicken?

I got them around 5-6 weeks ago with my white and black EE being a week older. Started noticing his comb getting redder and I hope he’s not gonna be a cockerel.

The comp is pretty red but the feathers look female to me. I’m not too sure but I think pullet… don’t take my word for it 😂 🫣
 
Cockerel... a little hard to see in some of the photos but I'm pretty sure I can see 3 rows of peas on his comb, that's a good indication of cockerels in pea-combed breeds. Also the comb shouldn't be this red or large if he were a pullet.

At this age male feathers probably wouldn't be coming in yet or if they are you might have to part the feathers on his back (saddle area) to see if there's any pointy pin feathers yet.

Yeah that one seems tough 😅 I was looking for more blotchy/red feathers though not saddle/sickle feathers. Does the red coloration in EEs not show up till later as well?

That's a good question, if he's a silver based bird (two copies of silver) I wouldn't expect any red. But silver/gold maybe it would come in later? Honestly not too sure.
